Terms of Service

Keel is a behavioral trading coach. It reads your Bitget trade history and surfaces patterns in your decision-making - things like FOMO entries, revenge trades, and loss averaging. It is not a trading bot, a fund manager, or a financial advisor.

Keel never places, modifies, or cancels orders on your behalf. It has no access to your funds, withdrawal permissions, or trade execution. Everything the platform shows you is informational.

Nothing Keel provides - scores, intervention alerts, PnL estimates, behavioral analysis, or any other output - constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

Crypto markets are volatile. Past patterns in your trading history do not guarantee future outcomes. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make.

Keel's interventions are suggestions. You can dismiss them, override them, or ignore them entirely. The Service is designed to help you pause and reconsider - not to make decisions for you.

By using Keel, you acknowledge that any financial loss you incur while using the platform is your own responsibility. Keel is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or outcomes resulting from following or ignoring an intervention.

Keel is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of analysis, or the completeness of trade data fetched from Bitget. The behavioral analysis depends on the quality and completeness of your Bitget trade history.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give notice for significant changes, but we're a small team - please stay reasonably up to date with what we ship.

To use Keel, you provide a read-only Bitget API key. By submitting your key, you confirm that:

• The key you provide is yours
• It has only read permissions enabled
• You understand that Keel uses it to fetch your trade history

Your API credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to retrieve data from Bitget on your behalf. They are never shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than fetching your trade history and current prices.

Keel collects and processes your Bitget trade history to generate your behavioral profile. This data is used only to operate the Service - pattern detection, intervention logic, weekly reports, and discipline scoring.

We do not sell your trade data, behavioral profile, or API credentials. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion permanently removes your API key, trade cache, behavioral profile, and intervention history from our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer the system, or violate these terms. We'll tell you why unless we're legally prevented from doing so.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keel and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service - including, but not limited to, trading losses, data loss, or lost profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
